Plant Medicine work is not something I take lightly. For this reason, there is a 4 week preparation process inclided in the retreat cost. That is where we will get our mind, bodies, and soul’s ready to have to most impactful and healing experience. In addition, post-retreat support is included to ensure all breakthroughs we experience are lovingly integrated.

Plant medicine is a tool to peel back the layers of mental chatter (ego, fear, insecurity, anxiety, etc) and allow us to sit in truth with ourselves. With the noise quieted, we are provided an opportunity to find clarity on what our soul truly needs to continue to grow and find joy in this human experience. A week like this one brings for incredible breakthroughs, earned confidence and strength (medicine work is not always comfortable), and our heart’s deepest questions to be answered. When you are willing to fo the hard work, life unfolds.

Ayahuasca: Two overnight sessions from sunset to sunrise - facilitated by an experienced, ethical, and safe medicine carrier. The setting encourages a primal connection to self and to nature, as we gather in the middle of the jungle surrounding a fire, and are guided by beautiful hymns.

Kambo: Sourced from a frog in the Amazon, this medicine is traditionally done right before an ayahuasca ceremony to encourage the clearing of anything one does not want to energetically carry into the ayahuasca ceremony. It is a literal and energetic purging of fears, stories, and physical ailments.

The ultimate opportunity to cultivate strength and confidence in ourselves. The group gathers in the “womb of the earth” (a teepee-like hut) with steam filling the entire space. As we get push through physical and mental discomfort, we are able to find peace, joy, love, and humility in the chaos - which provides an invaluable lesson for everyday life and everyday struggles.

In the same water that feeds the entire valley where we do medicine work, we are able to play, laugh, and cleanse after all of the “hard work” is done for the week. This is an opportunity to marvel at the beauty of Costa Rica from the tallest waterfall in the country, connect with your sisters who you just went through life changing experiences with, and have FUN in the most beautiful and healing natural setting that earth provides. Here we will spend one night, all camping/sleep gear provided.

All sleeping accommodations are provided during the retreat experience. We spend 4 nights at a luxury retreat home, 2 nights in the ayahuasca temple, and one night camping under a waterfall. Nourishment is provided by a personal chef that understands the energetic demands of an experience like this one. Lastly, the retreat home is 3.5 hours from the airport. That transportation is provided both ways.
